: Once you sign up with your chosen username, it can not be changed. However, you can change/reset your password after an email verification. If you have forgotten you password, click here to reset it.

: When you are logged in, in Member Menu, click on "Messaging options". From here you can specify members you want to block. similarly, you can unblock members you have previously blocked.
: can I opt to stop receiving matches?
: Yes, you can set this option by clicking on "Preferences" in the Member Menu.
: can I delete my member account?
: You can delete your member account from the Member Menu. Deleting your account erases your details from CupidAfrica. Please note that this action cannot be undone.
: what kind of photos is not allowed?
: Photos of the following formats are allowed: (1)JPEG (2)GIF (3)PNG. You can check the format of your photo by right-clicking it and selecting properties.
